| EXPERIENCE: Prior to founding LANCASTER | HELLING, Hal served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Vectrix Business Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Vectrix, Hal served as Associate General Counsel for Pegasus Solutions, Inc., EVP and COO of ez3PL.com, Inc., and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Safeguard Business Systems, Inc. Hal also has experience as a trial attorney with the law firm of Bracewell & Giulani in Dallas. |

| EDUCATION AND ADMISSIONS: Hal received a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University. Hal is admitted to practice law in Texas and is a member of the American, Texas and Dallas Bar Associations. |
